Elevata is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist based in São Paulo to help drive pipeline creation and partner-led growth across AWS and AI-focused initiatives. This role is for someone who already understands how demand, sales, and partnerships connect — and who wants to deepen their impact by working closely with AWS, sales teams, and technical leaders.
You’ll play a key role in turning campaigns, programs, and partnerships into qualified opportunities, with clear ownership over execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and map demand generation opportunities in collaboration with AWS, partner agencies, and internal teams
• Plan and execute demand generation initiatives aligned with AWS motions and Elevata’s go-to-market priorities
• Engage leads through structured outreach and automation across email, WhatsApp, events, and other relevant channels
• Maintain and update CRM and demand tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, pipeline, and results
• Work closely with sales and partner stakeholders to ensure strong lead handoff, follow-up, and conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and identify new demand and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain performance reports, analyzing conversion, engagement, and pipeline impact
• Document learnings, test new hypotheses, and continuously optimize campaigns and processes
• Contribute to playbooks, enablement materials, and presentations related to demand generation and partner motions
• Support the creation of marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, and campaign materials
• Be available for weekly in-person collaboration at the AWS São Paulo office
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Based in São Paulo, with availability for regular in-person collaboration at AWS
• 2+ years of experience in demand generation, sales, customer marketing, or similar roles
• Prior exposure to AWS, cloud, or technical sales environments
• Experience working across sales and marketing, with a clear understanding of pipeline and revenue impact
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
• Growth-oriented mindset: testing, learning, documenting, and scaling what works
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in execution and reporting
Nice to Have
• AWS knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS-related initiatives
• AWS certifications
• Experience working with partner programs, alliances, or AWS ecosystems
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo and Lusha
